I am okay-ish in fitness and eating healthy. I grew up with a "fried chicken in my hand". Sports aren't my thing. Getting sweaty and out of breath? NAH man, it kills! But as I grew older corpulently, I just realized how badly I treat my body. I don't mean to offence some people. Yes, I am all about loving yourself, loving your body, etc. etc. but living unhealthily is NOT. You cannot just "oh I could eat that pizza all day err day", you know what I mean. I started to change my lifestyle on 2016, not that long ago. I've been working out habitually for quite some time now. And hey, I am still alive! And 15KG / 33Lbs lighter now! Although I'm not an expert in this area by any formal means, but I would like to share my journey here. As I am once with zero knowledge about this thing so whatever.
